Complaint Guidelines
Please read these guidelines before submitting a complaint. It helps your complaint get approved faster and keeps the platform useful for everyone.
What to include
- A specific, factual description of what happened — mentioning the date, department, or circumstances helps
- Photos where relevant (up to 4) — such as receipts, billing paperwork (cover personal details), or images of the relevant situation
- The correct complaint category (Billing, Doctor, Emergency Service, etc.) — it helps others spot patterns
What to avoid
- Personal information: don't include your own or anyone else's phone number, national ID number, email, home address, or medical record number
- Individual names: try using a role like "nurse," "duty doctor," or "reception staff" instead of naming a specific staff member
- Unverified claims: write only what you directly experienced or witnessed, not hearsay
- Abusive language: complaints containing profanity, threats, or hate speech will not be published
What happens next
Every complaint starts as "Pending Review." Our moderators check that it follows these guidelines, remove any personal information, and confirm it appears genuine. Once approved, it's published publicly and can start receiving community votes. This process typically takes a few days.
Tracking
After submitting, you'll get a reference number (e.g. CMP-2026-XXXXXX). Keep it — you may need it for future contact.
