A citizen-driven public information platform

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Submitting a complaint or hospital suggestion never requires your name, email, or phone number. We only collect what you voluntarily type into the form (the complaint text, photos, an optional Google Maps link), plus a small amount of technical data: your IP address (stored only as a one-way hash, never shown publicly) and a session cookie — used to prevent abuse and stop the same person voting on a complaint more than once.

What we never publish

Your name, email, phone number, or IP address are never shown publicly — not even on published complaint pages. We actively discourage sensitive information such as national ID numbers, personal medical records, or financial details in submissions, and may remove such content if it appears.

Cookies & local storage

We use small cookies and session storage to remember your language preference, prevent vote/report abuse, and control how often an advertisement is shown. We may use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — this does not personally identify you.

Third-party services

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and Google Analytics for traffic statistics. These services have their own privacy policies that may apply.

Requesting removal

If you believe a published complaint accidentally reveals personal information, please use "Report this complaint" on that complaint's page, or reach us via our contact page — we review these as quickly as we can.
